Personalized Job Development
Your job search just got easier. Once you have completed a self-referral form, you will be paired up with one of our expert Job Developers who will work with you to find, apply to, and prepare for the right job for you. The goal of job development is to match workers with long-term, stable employment. Your Job Developer will assist you with:

Determining your employment goals and creating a plan to achieve them

Creating or updating your resume

Identifying appropriate job opportunities and providing job leads

Completing job applications and navigating the job search process

Conducting mock interviews and assistance with interview preparation

Understanding how employment may affect benefits
-
Connecting program participants with additional DKA classes, programs, work adjustment training opportunities, and case management/community resources.

Eligibility Requirements

Seeking Competitive Employment in the Pima County Area

Active AHCCCS insurance coverage with a GMH designation through Arizona Complete Health, Banner, United Healthcare, or American Indian Health program/Behavioral health services.
