Search Training Resume Interview Work
Your job search just got easier. Our Employment Specialists will work with you to find the right job for you. The goal of job development is to match workers with long-term, stable employment.
The first step is determining your eligibility through AHCCCS or DES Vocational Rehabilitation. If you have questions about eligibility, call our office at (520) 790-7677.
Together we will determine your employment goals, and work with you to create a personalized plan for achieving them. We can connect you with community resources that will help you. If you are receiving social security (SSI/SSDI) benefits or other entitlements, we will help you determine the impact of work on your benefits.
Our training includes classes to help you prepare for life in the world of work and gain skills to help you be successful in today's competitive job market.
We offer 5 different on-the-job training opportunities (click on our job training tab).
We offer one-on-one computer classes. Start from the beginning or increase your skills for the job you want.
Even if you have minimal work history, we can help you explain your skills and experience to highlight your best attributes.
Cover letters can also be of value to introduce yourself to a potential employer and evoke interest in meeting you for an interview.
How do you answer those tough interview questions? We will work with you to understand what the employer is looking for and how you answer those questions (even if you don't have a lot of experience) and land the job!
We don't abandon you once you get a job. Now the real challenge has begun, keeping the job. We will continue to provide coaching, counseling, and encouragement as long as you need it.
We can also help you communicate with your employer if there is a need for a reasonable accommodation or if you are having difficulty performing the job or understanding the requirements.
If the job is not a good fit, we will help you leave appropriately and find a job that is more suitable to your needs.
