DKA offers comprehensive case management and job
training for adults, youth, or dislocated workers who are seeking
employment. While some clients may only need selected services, others
may need to use the entire system of services available through the
One-Stop Centers. DKA Case Managers will assist each individual in the
following areas:
- Comprehensive and specialized
assessments
- Intensive case management
- Individual counseling and career planning
- Development of individual employment plans
- Job development and placement assistance
- Customized education/training
- Paid Work Experience training
