Situational Assessment: DKA can provide valuable employability information through established training sites with employers in Pima County. Employment can be provided on a temporary basis to allow the program participant to earn some income and DKA staff to perform a situational assessment in which the person is evaluated in areas such as initiative, ability to learn and follow instructions, attendance and punctuality, interaction with supervisors and co-workers, work behaviors, and attitudes. A written assessment will be provided.
