Through the Sparkman project, DKA provides employment services to individuals with past substance and alcohol abuse and a criminal history who are referred by Old Pueblo Community Foundation and Tucson Metropolitan Ministries. People referred to DKA through Primavera Works have issues with chronic homelessness and are receiving Primavera case

 management services.

DKA services for Sparkman, Men in Transition and Primavera clients include the provision of paid light duty and temporary work, onsite job training, small-group computer training, job development, and employer advocacy. We work closely with other agencies to ensure the services our clients receive are well coordinated.
