We charge no fees to you or to the applicant; in fact, we may be able to
help you get a tax credit for hiring a DKA applicant. We can arrange
on-the-job training to save you half of the new hire’s wages during training
or coach an employee you hire--at no cost to you.
Do you have a job that requires several people? We will bring a crew and
their supervisor to you. In this model, you reimburse DKA for the crew’s
wages, and the supervisor is free of charge. We do all the HR and payroll
work, and we guarantee quality production. We have crews trained in
clerical, legal office, elder care, document imaging, custodial, and other
fields.
